SUGGESTED “EFT Guidelines & Help for De-Stressing The Diagnosis of Cancer”
You may have been suffering with symptoms for weeks or even months, had test after test, or maybe it just showed up in a routine check-up, but you just got the verdict, that you have some sort of Cancer. The big bad word! What ever your stress level was before, it has definitely jumped to a 20 on the scale of 1– 10, at this particular moment of your life. Fear, probably is the first major issue you are feeling, so let us address that feeling first with EFT. If this is your first experience, using EFT, there is a EFT TAPPING CHART for you to easily follow. Just print it out and lay it next to this guide and tap along as you repeat these statements. Lay your skepticism aside, and just try it, you have nothing to lose, but, your FEAR!
(1) Tapping your Karate Chop Point, Repeat this statement: “Even though, I am just overwhelmed with fear, I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
Now, with the tips of your index and middle finger, tap each of the 14 points on the chart, tapping seven times, each saying……… “All this fear, All this fear” repeatedly.
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(2) Tapping your Karate Chop Point, Repeat this statement: “Even though, I have this fear of death, I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
Again, With the tips of your index and middle finger, tap each of the 14 points on the chart, tapping seven times, each saying……… “All this fear of death, All this fear of death” repeatedly.
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(3) Tapping your Karate Chop Point, Repeat this statement: “Even though, I have this fear of living, I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
With the tips of your index and middle finger, tap each of the 14 points on the chart, tapping seven times, each saying “All this fear of living, All this fear of living” repeatedly.
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(4) PR STATEMENT ~ “Even though, I have this fear of being sick, I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
REMINDER ~ “All this fear of being sick, All this fear of being sick”
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(5) PR STATEMENT ~ “Even though, I have this fear of being well, I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
REMINDER ~ “Fear of being well, Fear of being well”
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(6) PR STATEMENT ~ “Even though, I have all this anger, I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
REMINDER ~ “All this anger, All this anger”
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(7) PR STATEMENT ~ “Even though, I haven’t taken good care of myself, probably, I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
REMINDER ~ “Not taken care of myself.”
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(8) PR STATEMENT ~ “Even though, I feel so helpless, now I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
REMINDER ~ “Feel so helpless.”
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(9) PR STATEMENT ~ “Even though, I feel so hopeless at times, now, I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
REMINDER ~ “Feeling of hopelessness.”
Take three deep breaths and just release the stress and feel it drain out of your body!
(10) PR STATEMENT ~ “Even though, I feel , I completely love accept & forgive myself”.
REMINDER ~ “Feelings of .”

I hope you have done all the statements and tapped away some of your stress. This process made a great deal of difference to me, as I have stated, previously, and I feel everyone should be able to have that relief!
Research has been done, that suggests the second site of cancer, is caused from the stress of being told that we have cancer in the first place. EFT is a wonderful, non-invasive way to help neutralize this stress, for added insurance and empowerment.
There is a tremendous source of self-help books by Cancer survivors and many support groups, and no matter what you have been told, there is always HOPE, Miracles & Survivors. What matters is your belief system.
Healing starts from the inside of your heart, love yourself and everyone around you. Be gentle and kind! Give yourself little, medium size & large rewards of joy!
