I was first introduced to Dr. Quillin, when I purchased his book "Beating Cancer with
Nutrition" in the spring of 2001, when my step-son Shawn was so ill. The book became a
wonderful resource for me. Dr. Quillin is on staff at the Cancer Treatment Centers of
America in Chicago. The book is full of important information, not only on nutrition, but
all encompassing for cancer in general, a must read, if you or anyone in your family has
cancer.
The following
RATING YOUR FOODS LIST is excerpt from that book, it is reproduced
here as a guideline, to give you food values and the impact they may have on your body,
from best to worst. Dr. Quillin recommends eating the majority of your foods high on the
chart, for the most nutritional value and possibility of healing. The fresher and less
processed the better, for the most nutritional impact.
Sugar is at the bottom of the list. Cancer thrives on sugar, it is needed for the
fermentation process, which is how cancer cells grow.
The list below is based on nutrient density = vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber + healthy
fats per 100 Keal & Glycimic Index = how quickly that food raises blood glucose & foods
anti-cancer properties.

TEST FOR THESE FOODS AND FOOD SENSITIVITIES. IT IS ALSO, A GREAT WAY TO VALIDATE

    While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered in the

    Germany, where it was developed, it is. The Aurastar Analysis are presented to give you a
    better visual understanding of nature's gifts to our "Life-Force" and how they impact us.
