ACCEPTANCE PRAYER
I ACCEPT MYSELF COMPLETELY!
I ACCEPT MY STRENGTHS AND MY WEAKNESS, MY GIFTS AND
SHORTCOMINGS, MY GOOD POINTS AND MY FAULTS!
I ACCEPT MYSELF COMPLETELY AS A HUMAN BEING!
I ACCEPT THAT I AM HERE TO LEARN AND GROW, AND ACCEPT
THAT I AM LEARNING AND GROWING!
I ACCEPT THE PERSONALITY I’VE DEVELOPED,
AND I ACCEPT THE POWER
TO HEAL AND CHANGE!
I ACCEPT MYSELF WITHOUT CONDITION OR RESERVATION
I ACCEPT THAT THE CORE OF MY BEING IS GOODNESS
AND THAT MY ESSENCE IS LOVE,
AND I ACCEPT THAT I SOMETIMES FORGET THAT!
I ACCEPT MYSELF COMPLETELY, AND IN THIS ACCEPTANCE I FIND AN EVER-
DEEPENING INNER STRENGTH!
FROM THIS PLACE OF STRENGTH, I ACCEPT MY LIFE FULLY AND I OPEN TO THE
LESSONS IT OFFERS ME TODAY.
I ACCEPT WITHIN MY MIND ARE BOTH FEAR AND LOVE,
AND I ACCEPT MY POWER TO CHOOSE
WHICH I WILL EXPERIENCE AS REAL.
I RECOGNIZE THAT I EXPERIENCE
ONLY THE RESULT OF MY CHOICES.
I ACCEPT THE TIMES I CHOOSE FEAR
AS PART OF MY LEARNING AND HEALING PROCESS,
AND
I ACCEPT THAT I HAVE THE POTENTIAL AND POWER
IN ANY MOMENT TO
CHOOSE LOVE INSTEAD!
I ACCEPT THE MISTAKES AS PART OF MY GROWTH,
SO I AM ALWAYS WILLING TO FORGIVE MYSELF
AND GIVE MYSELF ANOTHER CHANCE!
I ACCEPT THAT MY LIFE IS THE EXPRESSION

Dear God;
Show me how to be one with You.
I want to love purely, unconditionally, totally, and freely, to love as You
love.
Please show me how to do this, and give me the wisdom and the strength
to follow through.
I ask to be free of negative emotions of all kinds—free of anger, jealousy,
guilt, shame, blame, misunderstanding, unhealthy competition, upsets or
conflicts.
Show me how to stop comparing myself and my life with others. Show
me how to be pleased with my life, knowing that all is divine order.
I know that when I feel bad inside, it is the old pattern of self-hatred.
I know that these negative emotions are merely indicators telling me that
I am resisting wellness, resisting feeling Your love, feeling joy, celebrating
life and allowing my desire for radiant health to materialize.
I know that as I relax and allow Your life-force energy to flow through
me, radiant health is my natural state of being and my aspirations are
manifested.
Help me heal these patterns within me and become an example to others
that it is possible to be in radiant health and in total love.
Help me to see others’ wholeness and perfection, let me be free of
judgments or of feeling superior or inferior.
Help me see the spirit within me and within everyone I meet rather than
being stuck in their imperfections, weaknesses or old personality patterns.
Help me to be a pure vessel of your light, of your love.
Of your joy.
Help me to be empty of thoughts that drain my energy, and instead fill
me with the energy of bliss that is my birthright.
Fill me with the energy of pure, radiant health.
I ask for Your blessing to pour down upon me now.
Thank You, beloved God.
Thank you for blessing my life.
