I have never been able to have a good reading for my armpits, in most cases it has only been a 1 or 2. The reading I took this AM it was up to a 5, last night it was 1. So, what was the difference? I don’t always take off my rings, and I have checked before, it didn’t seem to matter. What was different this morning, I had to struggle to get my rings off, and in doing so, I was massag- ing the acupuncture point. Ahha… I wonder, if my rings are tight, does it congest my energy and slow the flow of my lymph and in turn my immune system? After continuing to massage this point, my reading then went up to a 9.
1. Check rings on second and third fingers for tightness, remove at night and massage LYMPH POINTS for several minutes, several times a day.
