What is an Aura?
Everyone has an Aura. Your Aura is a projection of the vibrational
rates emitted by your body. For example, your heart beats at a specific
pace but your lungs expand and contract at their own frequency level.
The Aura is also part of your personality. It displays thought and
emotions on a conscious and unconscious level, showing the energies
of not only your physical condition but your psychological condition.
When our thoughts and emotions are being processed correctly our
body functions at its full vitality.
What else can cause disharmony in our bodies? Heredity, physical
exposure, nutrition and environment also influence our energy flows.
What is a Chakra?
Throughout our body we have seven main energy centers which are
connected to the major organs or glands that govern other body parts.
Each of these main energy centers are referred as Chakras—a Sanskrit
word which means wheel.
The Chakra is a wheel-like spinning vortex that whirls in a circular
motion forming a vacuum in the center that draws in anything that it
encounters on its particular vibration level.
The seven major Chakras are Crown Chakra, Brow Chakra, Throat
Chakra, Heart Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral/Spleen Chakra and
Root Chakra. We also have at least 21 minor Chakras. Including, one
