Affirmations are another wonderful way to
reprogram old recordings "written on our walls" of our
sub-conscious mind.
I recently heard an example of this by my primary
care physician, Dr. Margaret Mitchell. A nurse was
diagnosed with Lou Gergh Disease and the prognosis
was eventual debilitation and death, There was no
known medical cure. She decided to spend time loving
herself, and she did it, looking in the mirror and
telling/loving herself, that she loved every part of her
body, part by part. She beat the prognosis and fully
recovered.
- HELPFUL GUIDELINES:
- 1. SAY THEM LIKE YOU MEAN THEM!
2. LOOK YOUR SELF IN THE EYE & SMILE!
3. IF YOU ARE GETTING TAIL-ENDERS,
MAKE A LIST AND EFT THEM (SEE EFT
BASICS).
4. DRINK A GLASS OF WATER BEFORE &
AFTER.
5. USE THE TEMPORAL TAP TO ENHANCE
THEM.
6. ADD A NOTE OF GRATITUDE TO A
HIGHER POWER.
7. AS YOU DEVELOP YOUR OWN, MAKE
SURE THEY ARE IN THE POSITIVE, PRESENT
MOMENT.
8. ADD MUSIC TO THE LYRICS AND SING AS
YOU GO ABOUT YOUR DAY.
