| "How did I get here from there?" |
Ever ask yourself that question? My history is Interior Design, as in home and
commercial space, basically that consists of problem solving and beautifying whatever
was presented as the challenge to be recreated. I was trained to consider function and
aesthetics, retaining the quality (what worked well), getting rid of unquality (what
didn't work well), by following the basic design rules of the Masters.
This site is based on those same principals, only applied to our human -space! The
human body was designed to heal itself, designed by the ultimate Master of the
Universe!
As a teenager, I had some health concerns, and was advised to be very careful of any
medication, which might trigger an auto-immune relapse and consequently threaten
my life! That was in the early 60's, way before there was a pill produced for everything
including a hang nail With that warning, I became an expert on alternative choices, for
me and although, I have had other health challenges, mostly minor, I have never had a
relapse of the auto-immune disorder.
I became interested in "Energy Medicine" in the late nineties, when a good friend
loaned me a magnetic-seat pad for an episode of severe back discomfort, (agony is a
better term) , which the severity, anyways, was resolved in about 10 minutes after
laying on it! I hate pain, I might add, both mine and yours. That is my bottom line, so,
I still sleep on magnets, even when I travel. After another very good product response
with Nikken's Mini, I became a Nikken Independent Distributor. I then started a quest
to understand how magnetic energy worked. This independent study, led me to the
best books written on the subject, and they are offered on this sight through Amazon,
if you are interested.
When, my step-son was diagnosed with colon cancer, my reading branched out to
cancer. He was very ill, once it was discovered. Problems with the initial surgery, forced
the doctors to leave his wound open, for the balance of his life. Certainly, a cruel, cruel
fate, for this kind, loving soul, who wouldn't hurt even a flea. Shawn died a year and
half after his first surgery. In all my exploration, and I had wonderful resources,
everything just seemed to much for him to cope with. He had his hands full just
meeting his trad- itional doctors protocol, I came to the conclusion that what ever
alternative or integrative guidelines someone came up with, they had to be effortless
and easy to afford. Since that time, I have made a collection of 8 MINUTE OR LESS
WONDERS TO ENHANCE OUR LIFE-FORCES!
Having an episode of cancer, myself, almost two years ago, gave me an even closer
perspective, up front and in my face! Along with empathy, for all the personal
emotions, that are involved.
I was fortunate, the cancer was confined to an organ that could be removed and I
didn't have to have any radiation or chemo. Fortunate, that I had done all the research
for Shawn and understood the basics, in healthy nutrition, environmental toxins and
emotional stresses, I am hoping my episode of cancer was just that, an episode, like
having a sore throat. But, I also know, like Greg Anderson said in one of his many
books, the cancer was caused by "something", unless I correct the cause or causes, I will
always be susceptible . Which meant I needed to become intimate with my own body,
mind and soul & then proactive.

of the rest of it is protein, then we have the calcium in our bones, and all the minerals,
along with some healthy fat and some glucose for energy. But, different blood types &
different metabolic type prosper on different kinds of protein and different
combinations of protein, carbs and fats to prosper. I am an O, what are you?
Environmental toxic overload, was a big problem for me. I had/have many allergies. I
also had a bad case of systematic candidas. Obviously, my immune system was very
compromised. Because, I couldn't get the attention of my doctors about the candidas, I
am offering that research information here for your awareness, with recommended
diet guidelines.
Muscle Response Testing for Kinesiology, is another tool, I use every day. Since, I need
all the strength that I can get, I have mostly eliminated anything that depletes my Life-
Force. MRT is an easy and effective way to play detective. Another Life-Skill to add to
your tool box!
What part do emotions play, in this scenario? With my Aurastar practice, I have used
Louise Hay's emotional guidelines listed in her book, "You Can Heal Your Life" for a
couple of years. I recently discovered Dr. Hamer's research on "Cancer Personality
Quotient " doing research on the Internet, after hearing about a German doctor and MS
patients, during some networking at the Master EFT for Serious Diseases Conference
with Gary Craig the founder of EFT. I purchased another resource book, title page
removed, author unknown with more detailed information. Those are the sources for
the "Cancer Personality Quotient Survey" and the bases for "Your Personal Healing
Journey from a Diagnosis of Cancer with EFT" series available from this site.

their magnetic products, I started researching magnetic energy healing which eventually
expanded to Energy Medicine by independent study.
2000 ~2001 Received Reiki I & II Attunements: Although I do not have a formal
Reiki Practice, the knowledge and understanding of this methodology has been
invaluable and I often incorporate healing touch within my EFT Practice.
2000 J.E.T Techniques for Kinesiology: Trained and qualified as Consultant with the
4U/2C Energy Tester. At this time, I also studied many other forms of Muscle Response
Testing (MRT) and have expert knowledge of the basis “Our Body Doesn’t Lie”. Proficient
at surrogate testing, I also include basic instructions for students to be able to
use this wonderful knowledge to understand their own needs, without out influence
from second party.
2000 to Present – Study of Emotional Freedom Techniques and many
Cousins: This study is ongoing, because of the nature of exploration. My expertise lies
in EFT for Serious Diseases and I have attended 3 major workshops given by Gary Craig. I
received my EFT-CC and EFT-ADV Certification and actively participate in major EFT
online groups. I counsel in person, by phone and by e-mail. My exploration and study
has convinced me that all serious diseases originate from emotional trauma. I work
closely with a book written by Dr. Michael J. Lincoln called “Messages form the Body”
and have a joint-venture contract using his insights in combination with EFT with his
publisher. We have had tremendous results from this work.
2004-6 Author: “Your Personal Healing Journey from a Diagnosis of Cancer”
with Emotional Freedom Techniques Book is based on Dr. Hamer’s research that
people diagnosed with Cancer share specific personality and emotional issues and then
instructions in applying EFT to heal the significant issues. After writing the book, I
posted a survey for research purposes, which is posted on my site. This research is
ongoing and been very enlightening, and adding proof to Dr. Hamer’s theory. The best
technique to address these issues and to clear them out of the body is EFT. This
information could very well be used as preventative measures, also.
EFT-CSG ~ EFT-Cancer-Support-Study-Group@Yahoogroups.com I host and
sponsor. We share and explore the many ways EFT is applicable in almost every facet
after a diagnosis. De-stressing diagnosis, fear of death, pain control, family stress,
chemo-therapy reaction, immune function, Allergy-antidote and the list goes on and
on, perfect for anyone in the nursing profession, to apply and understand.
